• Associate company relationships peripherally or hierarchically – Link a Supplier to a Customer, link that Customer to a Referral Partner, etc…and run a report that shows the ecosystem of their interdependent relationships.

• Email  –  Configure email via Google apps or any other IMAP compliant web service for your franchisees. While email from Biz is used, email messages are automatically logged within the customer and contact records.
