• CRM & ERP -
Distributed business cycle capabilities, means your
Franchisee employees can automatically post lead capture forms from
their own web sites (or enter them directly), which generate leads for
them in their account within Biz. They can then manage those leads,
create opportunities with full process cycles (with milestones and
stages) and leverage your item database (which can support multiple
locations / warehouses).
• Invoicing and Purchase Orders
– Enable your Franchisee employees to Invoice their
customers using their own customized invoices and POs, which includes
the options of setting those invoices to local currencies, with local
tax types. They'll be able to leverage your warehouse or theirs.
• Consolidated Accounting -
While your Franchises can only see their own books, you can see a
consolidated view across all your franchise operations, including each
set of accounts within each Franchise.
• Multi-Currency - If you
franchise across the globe, each franchise can create transactions in
their own local currency which you can convert to your own currency when
viewing the consolidated financial view .
• Self-Service Customer and Vendor Portal -
With the integrated Vendor Portal, your company can
provide vendors with direct access to information that is relevant to
them, including purchase orders, accounts payable data, and other key
documents. With the Customer Portal, businesses can order products with
pricing and terms automatically calculated for customers.
• Associate company relationships peripherally
or hierarchically – Link a Supplier to a Customer,
link that Customer to a Referral Partner, etc…and run a report that
shows the ecosystem of their interdependent relationships.
• Email
– Configure email via Google apps or any other IMAP
compliant web service for your franchisees. While email from Biz is
used, email messages are automatically logged within the customer and
contact records. |
