• Time Sheets & Expense Management – Enter billable time and expense within a project stage, then tie it to a customer invoice as a line item.
• Contract Management – Manage project resources according to contract limits to ensure profit margins aren’t sacrificed. Everyone involved in the project sees incidents, days and time left on the contract so that time entered within a stage complies with allotted time budgets.
• Stage Alerts – Send out email templates to employees and partners involved in the project.
• Partner Relationship Management (PRM) – Expose relevant projects through a partner portal to partners (e.g. indirect channel partners and contributing consultants) and collaborate with them on the project via the portal.
• Customer Project Portal – Expose projects relevant to your customers through their own self-service log-in portal, enabling them to track progress of all projects relating to them.
