• Fully Integrated with CRM - It makes sense to have your online survey tool integrated with CRM because it enables you to see the entire history related to your contact profiles. In addition to email history, notes and action item history, etc... you'll also be able to use email broadcasting to send personalized invitations to respondents.
• Create Dynamic or Static Surveys & Questionnaires - Display the entire survey as a list of questions from beginning to end statically, or use dynamically display questions based on work-flow rules.
• Skip Logic
- Apply conditional rules that dynamically change next questions based on previous answers
• Apply a weight to responses
- Assign a number rating to answers so you can later run a report that shows how important certain respondents are relative to others. For example, let's say you're asking the question "What's your yearly salary?" and the options you give are "Less than 100K" and "More than 100K". With weighting you can give the less than 100K a special code that rates that respondent for that answer so that later you can base campaigns on that data.   
• Set triggers that allow you to generate records based on a response
- For example, let's say you're conducting a prospecting survey, and you want to create new leads from respondents that answer a question a certain way (e.g. If we build this product would you buy, yes or no - using the trigger, you'd be able to create new leads from respondents that answered "yes").
Open a new customer page based on how a respondent answers - Set a trigger to open a new window (i.e. http://www.whateveryouwant.com) when the respondent answers a question a certain way.
• Custom field types for answers

Radio button (single select), Check-box (multiple response), Combo-box (drop-down single select), and Text Area (comments section).
• Pie Chart & Bar Graph Reporting
- Show collective survey results for each answer from a pie chart or bar graph.   
• Export to Excel
- Export reporting results to Excel.  
• Custom Thank You Page
- Upon survey conclusion open a custom thank you page.
