• Employee Time Sheet Management – Employees can enter their own time within their employee profile. Billable and and non-billable overhead and administrative hours can be entered with hourly rates or billing rates automatically calculated for them.
• Online Leave / Vacation requests – Employees can request paid or non-paid leave. The single-click approval process enables management to approve or decline each request.
• Employee Qualification Management - Create dynamic online employment applications for general employment information and qualification purposes. You can invite employees to fill forms online using our invitation broadcast capability, and set smart triggers on the answer fields that automatically create employee candidate records based on how a candidate answers a question, adding them to an online queue for interview interview follow-up.
• Set hourly wages, salaries, and over-time pay – Non-billable time-entry automatically calculates pay rates according to the pay rate values added to each employee.
• Commissions Calculations – Calculate commission on paid amounts, and partial commission for contacts peripherally associate with a deal.
