the suite, including company, contact, project, item, opportunity, and
case modules.
• Dynamic Fields that change based on Record type -
Tired of overly complicated screens ? With our dynamic custom field
wizard, you can custom configure the organization and contact detail
forms to display only the fields you want. For example, say you have a
contact type called "Client" and you want to add a field for social
security number tracking, but know that no other contact type record
needs to have that field. Biz lets you set it so that only that contact
type shows that field. The same can be done with custom organization
relationship groups you define. The end result is a crisp, clean and
uncluttered interface that promotes usage.
• Custom Relationships
- Every company has its own custom relationships to keep
track of. At BizAutomation we have media relationships, customer
relationships, competitors, and so on. What's so great about being able
to create your own relationships is that it puts information at your
finger tips, because instead of having to manage a million records, you
manage groups of records that are relevant to different business
criteria. Running a business requires more than managing customer
relationships, now you can!
• Custom Profiles - So you have relationships, such
as partners, but what kind of partners are they ? Are they distributors,
wholesalers, resellers, etc... That's what profiles lets you define. An
added benefit is that you can more granularly manage records from the
