CRM and Business
Management for Outlook & Exchange -
Introducing the world's ONLY zero footprint web based CRM and business
management suite for Outlook & Exchange.
Everyone in the CRM, ERP, and Business Management
software industry love to talk a good game about how they integrate with
Outlook. But beware because most
of these products offer only "token" integration. With BizAutomation,
there's no such smoke and mirrors because we're the real deal. We're SO
committed to total fusion with Outlook through Exchange, that when we
say you can leverage your Exchange server for CRM & Business Management
services, we mean that literally. As a result, there's no separate
application server to license or maintain !

• Works through Outlook or Outlook Web Access (OWA)
– Extends your Outlook experience by enabling you to click within the
Outlook tree to launch BizAutomation on the detail pane, just as you're
already doing for Outlook services such as the Inbox.
• Leverages your existing Microsoft
Exchange or SBS 2003 Server
(On premise users)
– If you have SBS 2003 or Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server, you can
leverage everything you're already doing to keep that server safe and
secure. Unlike other products that require you license a separate server
license, and maintain another box.
• Outlook Email History is automatically stored
within your contact profile in BizAutomation
– Let's say you have a contact in BizAutomation named "John Smith" with
an email address of "john@abc.com"
. Open OIutlook and send john@abc.com
an email message and BizAutomation automatically recognizes it as a
"Biz" contact and places a copy of the message within the contact record
in BizAutomation. That way you can see all the email history for that
contact from not just yourself, but all the other employees in your
company that sent or received an email relating to "John Smith".
• Single
user sign-on means there's no separate password to remember
– Because a "Biz user" IS an "Outlook mailbox user" (e.g. log-in
is
you@yourdomain.com / windows password) your Windows password
logs you into BizAutomation.
• Creating a new Prospect or Account
automatically creates new contact for you in Outlook -
Add a new customer to BizAutomation and a new contact record is
automatically created for you in Outlook. This means that you no longer
have to add contacts in two places. Also, when you click on "Compose
Email" in Outlook, the email address from the contact you added to
BizAutomation will show up, without you ever having had to add it to
Outlook.
• Create Organizations in BizAutomation
from contact records in Outlook
– Create several contacts in Outlook, then click on a button to batch
create those same records in BizAutomation without ever having to type a
single letter.
• Automatically add scheduled calls and
tasks from BizAutomation to Outlook
Calendar
– Create a new follow-up action item such as a task or call, within
BizAutomation, and click to embed it to your Outlook Calendar under that
date and time slot.
• See Outlook Calendar Meetings in
BizAutomation
– Create a meeting in Outlook like you always do, then see that meeting
from within BizAutomation along side all your other date driven events
such as Cases, Projects, Opportunities, Calls and Tasks .
