Create routing groups
for single-click document approval from both within the suite, and
externally using the Enterprise Portal. Email alerts keep everyone
updated.
• *Fixed-Bid Contract Criteria Management -
Create contracts based on criteria such as time, incidents or number of
days to expiration. Track that criteria from the project or case profile
from both the inside or through the Enterprise Portal, to keep everyone

such as contracts. You can also expose online Invoices and Proposals for
review and printing, providing an audit trail. You can also show amounts
paid, due dates, and so forth. From the inside, activity tracking
