Contact
Management
BizAutomation.com's contact management system is probably where you'll
spend most of your time. That's why we made it incredibly efficient and
easy to use. In most cases, you'll find everything you need from the
initial page, saving a mouse clicks. Work flow templates automate such
mundane tasks as common follow-up scenarios, and repetitive tasks.

|
• Tickler File - Track and manage ALL your date
driven events from a single spot, including all your Outlook calendar
meetings, scheduled calls, tasks, projects due, opportunities, cases,
and scheduled process stages (e.g. Sales, Purchase, and Project stages).
• Action Items - Manage your call center follow-up
events, and create new follow-up events with a single click. Create and track all your tasks and contact notes
from the Action Item tab view.
• Action Item Templates - Automate the daily workflow
for common events. For example, lets say you commonly set follow-up
events on new leads each time you attempt to initially contact them so
you're reminded to try again in 3 days from today with a medium priority
setting, and a custom activity type that relates to THAT type of
contact. Normally, this would require at least 5 steps, but with Action
Item Templates, it takes just a single click !
• Employee Availability Tracking
- When scheduling action items for other employees on
your team, see what their date and time commitments are, including their
scheduled calls, tasks, and Outlook calendar meetings.
• Manage records as people or organizations with many people- Entities can be set up as people (i.e. members,
subscribers, etc.) or full company hierarchies including Parent
Organization, Subsidiaries, Divisions, and collateral relationships such
as affiliate companies, partners, etc.. each having their own contacts.
• Outlook and BizAutomation Contact sharing - When
you create a Prospect or Account in BizAutomation, an Outlook Contact is
automatically created. You can import Outlook contacts to BizAutomation
or export BizAutomation contacts to Outlook with the click of a button.
All shared contacts show up in Outlook's email address search results
when composing a new message.
•
Outlook and BizAutomation Calendar sharing -
You can see your Outlook Calendar events in BizAutomation's Tickler
file, and send Action Item events to the Outlook Calendar.
• 360° view of contact's Outlook email history
-
Let's say you have a contact in BizAutomation named "John Smith" with
an email address of "john@abc.com"
. Open OIutlook and send john@abc.com
an email message and BizAutomation automatically recognizes it as a
"Biz" contact and places a copy of the message within the contact record
in BizAutomation. That way you can see all the email history for that
contact from not just yourself, but all the other employees in your
company that sent or received an email relating to "John Smith".
• Dynamic Organization and Contact Page Views -
Create custom fields that display based on contact type or organization
relationship type.
• Relationship Management - Define
relationship groups that matter to your company, and put organizations
into those groups. Assign a sub-category to each relationship and manage
your groups by profile.
• Territory Management -
Territory permissions let each sales person access records based on
their territory scope.
• Team Management - Each
employee can belong to a team. You can then enable each employee or
manager to see other employee's activities, performance, etc.. based on
their team scope. |
