• Manage all the OTHER Relationships that matter to your Business -
Different companies have different relationships. For example, a Law
firm might find it very important to track referral attorneys, court
houses, and clients, whereas a distribution company may need to track
suppliers, wholesalers and retailers.
• Custom configure page profile according to the relationship -
Different relationships may need different fields. Continuing our
example of the Law firm, we can say that tracking a Social Security
number (U.S.) might be important to an attorney for a Client record, it
would be not be relevant to have that field within a Referral Partner
form.
• Define Sub-Profiles Beneath Relationships
- Let's say you have a relationship called "Partner". By
sub-profiling partners into Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers
separately rather than collectively, you'll be able to more granularly
manage your entire business relationships.
• Inter-Company Associations
- Associate Organizations to one another based on their
relationship. Create parent companies from child companies, and visa
versa, then later report on the "Ecosystem" to expose those
inter-relationships.
• Partner Relationship Management (PRM) -
Through Partner-Point PRM, you'll be able to manage all your indirect
sales-force and business partners, using the Partner Portal. Expose
records from the inside to the outside, and visa versa. more.....
