• Inventory-Management & Service-Items
– When creating new inventory items, you can define their
details, such as pricing, captions, images and more. Sales
representatives and indirect sales channels have full views into
inventory levels. Orders from the web will automatically be reflected in
inventory levels.
• Kit-Management – Companies that assemble
products can use the Kit Item feature to create item groups. Once
created, kits can be used on transactions as an easy way to present
multiple items.
• Price-Management - Assign different price
levels for different types of customers. You can also assign different
prices for wholesale, retail or online sales. You can also add pricing
discounts based on volume purchases, and vary levels based on
relationships.
• Alerts based on Reorder-Points – Have an
email sent to your vendors and inventory manager when stock is running
low and it’s time to reorder product.
• Calculate shipping costs – Have shipping
costs calculated from the sales or purchase profile to show Shipping
rates on invoices and P.O.s. Add a tracking number and enable your
customers to track shipping status from their self-service portal.
• Financials – Invoicing and Purchase Orders
with single-click approval, Commission calculations, Accounts Payable
(AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Gross Profit Loss Reporting. Set
credit terms for customers, and tax percentages on both customers and
taxable items and kits.
• Time & Billing Software / Employee-Management
– Non-billable and Billable Time Entry, Expense Entry,
and Leave Request. Calculate employee commissions, pay rate, salary, and
over-time pay. Have billing rates suggest rates based on billing codes
when making a billable time entry.
• Purchasing & Order-Management with support for Drop-Shipping
– Create stand alone Sales-Orders or from Purchase-Orders with support
for JIT drop shipping from vendor directly to the customer site. Select
Vendor to populate lists of only the items that vendor supplies,
including vendor specific product numbers.
