document templates and then centrally store and retrieve them for processing.
• *Document Routing & Single-Click Approval Workflow –
Create routing groups for single-click document approval from both within
the suite, and externally using the Enterprise Portal. Email alerts keep everyone
updated.
• *Fixed-Bid Contract Criteria Management - Create contracts based on criteria such as time, incidents or number of
days to expiration. Track that criteria from the project or case profile from both
the inside or through the Enterprise Portal, to keep everyone involved in fulfillment
aware of contract limits helping to protect built-in profit margins.
• *Partner Collaboration through the Partner Portal (PRM) - Expose
fixed-bid contract criteria with partners and outsourced personal (i.e. independent
channels).
• *Share Contracts, and other Business Documents via the Business
Portal – From the inside you can share documents relating to the
trading partner, such as contracts. You can also expose online Invoices and Proposals
for review and printing, providing an audit trail. You can also show amounts paid,
due dates, and so forth. From the inside, activity tracking enables you to see when
your customer last viewed an invoice.
